Due to high demand for Ardyss products throughout the world, Ardyss has arranged to accept product purchase orders and new distributor enrollments from countries outside the United States.
Enrollments and Orders
To facilitate the shipping of orders, Ardyss has made it possible for buyers to order or enroll new distributors either by telephone or by the internet Back Office. New distributor enrollments and orders for countries outside the United States will be available over the telephone on or after March 28, 2010.
Distributors must contact the Distributor Support Center toll-free at 866.811.5499 for assistance. If toll-free services are not available in your country, call 702.851.0980 for assistance. International enrollments and orders will be available by the internet Back Office on or after April 9, 2010.
W-8
Distributors residing outside the United States must complete a W-8 form in order to receive commission payments. The W-8 form is available in the distributor’s Back Office. Once the W-8 form is received and verified by Ardyss, if qualified, the distributor will receive commission payments through their Ardyss Visa Prepaid Card (commission payment debit card).
Commissions
Distributors residing outside the United States will receive their commission payments through the Ardyss Visa Prepaid Card. The distributor must complete the Ardyss Visa Prepaid Card application form in the Back Office. Once the form is completed and received by TAC Financial, it will take 3-4 weeks for the card to be delivered to the distributor if the mailing address is outside the United States.
Sales Tax and Duties
As the products are for personal use in a country outside of the United States, the sales tax and duties will not be collected in Las Vegas at the time of shipping. Instead, the sales tax and duties for the country where the merchandise will be used is where the purchaser shall pay the tax. Every country is different and the shipping service will calculate what is owed at the time of pick up or delivery. Only the shipping
charge and product cost will be paid at the time of shipping.
Legal Requirements
Anyone ordering products from a country outside the United States, is required to know the country’s requirements and obtain the proper permits, licenses, seals, and documents needed to provide products to purchasers. Ardyss cannot be responsible for your particular country’s requirements. Please be sure you obtain all the information you need before ordering products. Ardyss recommends you seek the advice of an attorney in your country if you have questions about your purchase orders.
Form of Payment
You may pay for your purchase using any credit card including the debit card. Your credits and compensation will be paid on that card as well. Once you apply for your merchant card, the card will be mailed to you and you can activate it by phone and begin to use it for purchases. Your commission will be paid to that account. Make sure your enrollment form has the complete shipping address for your
country.
Ardyss Policies
The same Ardyss policies and procedures that apply in the U.S. apply in the world. However, your country may have other requirements when you distribute a product and Ardyss requires you to determine what those rules and regulations are before purchasing products. Availability of Countries
Countries available for international enrollments and orders will be available in the Back Office or by calling the Distributor Support Center. If a particular country is not available, notify the Distributor Support Center via email at newmarkets@ardyss.com.
